Yes, Wentworth Park is proud to be a pet-friendly community in Port Wentworth, GA. We offer fantastic amenities for your four-legged friends, including a dedicated pet park and a self-service pet spa. We have a maximum 2-pet policy. Pet rent is $25/month per pet and a one-time nonrefundable pet fee 

We offer brand-new one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. They range from about 784 to over 1,300 square feet. Every floor plan has an open-concept layout, generous storage and upscale finishes.

Wentworth Park is at 7450 GA Highway 21, Port Wentworth, GA 31407. That puts it in one of the fastest-growing parts of the Savannah area, a short drive from I-95, Pooler, downtown Savannah and the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.

Public transit is available via the Chatham Area Transit (CAT) system, with the Coldbrook Station NB bus stop located about a 16-minute walk from the community. The property is also ideally situated near Highway 21 and I-95 for convenient commuting throughout the Savannah area.

Wentworth Park is served by the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System. Students living at Wentworth Park are currently zoned for Rice Creek K-8 (Pre-K through 8th grade) and Groves High School (grades 9–12). Nearby private school options include Savannah Adventist Christian School, Advanced Academics Academy and Risen Savior Christian Academy in Pooler, as well as Savannah Christian Preparatory School in Savannah. When the application is finished by all parties over the age of 18 inhabiting the home. Each lease holder will pay a $75 application fee and a one-time admin fee of $200 (per home).

The pool is open from dawn to dusk. Other amenities such as our fitness center and clubhouse are open 24/7 to the residents at Wentworth Park. Guests are welcome to use our facilities as long as they are accompanied by a resident!

We do require each prospective resident to bring a government-issued photo ID at the time of their tour. 

No. Our parking is based on a first come, first serve basis. We do have garages for an additional monthly rent if you are interested in covered parking!

Wentworth Park strictly prohibits aggressive breeds including Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Tosa Inu/Ken,  American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, PitBull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasileiro, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Ovcharka, Kangal, German Shepard, Shepard, Chow, Spitz, Reptiles, Rabbits, and Pot-Bellied Pigs.

Wentworth Park has partnered with The Guarantors program which acts as a financial co-signer on your lease if you cannot meet the standard income or credit requirements. Ask us how we can help with the policy premium!

In addition to your monthly rent, there is a $32 monthly fee which covers your valet trash and pest control. Residents at Wentworth Park are responsible for their water, sewer, trash through the City of Port Wentworth, and electric through Georgia Power. Your electric and water/sewer are submetered, based on your usage, and billed monthly with your rent. 

Our security deposits start at $500 and can go up to 2 months' rent as a security deposit. These deposits are refundable upon move out pending your move out inspection results. 

Yes. Every apartment at Wentworth Park comes with a full-size washer and dryer in the home.

Yes, select floor plans include a sunroom. It's a bright, flexible space you can use as a home office, reading nook or plant room.

Yes. The community is set around a scenic lake with a resident dock. It's a peaceful spot to unwind, watch the sunset or enjoy Coastal Georgia's outdoors right at home.

Residents live close to the Port of Savannah, the many distribution centers along the Highway 21 and I-95 corridors, Gulfstream Aerospace, and Savannah Technical College. Wentworth Park is also a convenient base for commutes to Pooler, Rincon and Savannah.
